Q Media Center User's Guide Print

Q Media Center is based on unique patent pending open standards (SIP) based Peer-to-Peer personal softswitching communication & collaboration platform.
Q Free is freely downloadable for non commercial use, and Q Pro is downloadable for a small subscription fee. Both versions are available in Finnish and English. You can always download the latest version of both versions from here.

1. Downloading Q Media Center

1. Click the download button


2. Save the installation file QMC-win-setup.exe to your computer. Remember to make a note of where you saved the file.



2. Installing Q Media Center

After downloading the installation file "QMC -win-setup.exe", please open the folder containing this file.

Double-click the installation file to start installing Q Media Center on your computer.

Once the installation begins, you will be asked to read and accept our End User License Agreement prior to installing Q. Make sure you fully read and understand the agreement before going to the next step.

After accepting the agreement, just follow the installation instructions on screen in order to choose a suitable location and other available options to install Q.

(For most users the default installation options would work just fine)


3. Creating a Q ID (your "phone number")

Before you can start using Q Media Center, you will need to setup an account by registering with QMC IPMedia. Your Q ID must be at least 5 characters in length. If the name is already in use by someone else you will have to try another name. Your E-Mail address will be used to e-mail you a new password in case you forget your existing password. We encrypt your password for security reasons and would not be able to retrieve the existing one. A new password will be automatically created and e-mailed to you.

After selecting a Q ID and password, you will be asked to fill in personal information like First name, Last name and Display Name (that your contacts will see). Select a profile picture that your contacts will see when you converse with them.


4. Start using Q Media Center (Q )

You should run the Audio / Video Setup before signing into Q for ensuring the best possible audio / video quality. You can fine tune the audio settings also from Call - window.
1) Go to Start > All Programs > QMC> Click QMC link to start QMC application
2) Log in with your Q ID and password (make sure you are connected to the Internet)

Some users might see the Windows Security Alert window. Make sure you select "Unblock" to allow Q to function properly.

When you log into Q for the first time, your Contact List will be empty. You will see three groups that are created for you: Family, Friends and Others.

To add a contact, Select Activity > "Add Contact" option.
Just provide the QMC ID of the contact and press OK button. Your contact will be added to a new group called "Pending Invitations".

When your contact logs into Q, he/she will receive your invitation to add you as his/her contact. Once you are added to the contact list, you can start communicating with your friend.


5. Q-to-Q Calling

With Q, Q-to-Q calling is always free! Call your family and friends anywhere and talk to them for as long as you want. There is 1 Phone Line for Q Free Client, and 5 Phone Lines for Q Pro Client available
There are several ways to call your contacts:

* From the Contact List, simply right-click an Online Contact and select ”Place a Call” option.

Or

* Select Activity > Call > Call your Contact, and just select the contact you wish to call. You will not be able to place a call to users that are offline, hidden, blocked or Unreachable.

Call Waiting (Q Pro): while you are in voice conversation with your buddy, you can receive another voice call. You will hear a "call waiting" tone to indicate that there is an incoming call. Once you accept the incoming call, your previous call will be placed on hold. You can switch between the two calls by using the toggle button.

Call on Hold (Q Pro): While you are in voice conversation with first contact, you can put that call on hold to place a second call. To go back to the first call, hold the second call, and unhold the first call.

Music on Hold: Q users placed on hold will hear music while on hold.

Phone Book: Save your buddy information & enjoy 1-click dialing.


Call Logs: Instantly view call logs for all calls (incoming, outgoing and missed).


To view your call logs:
1) Go to Activity > Call > Call Logs.
2) You will see a list of incoming, outgoing and missed calls. You can also see the call distribution.



6. Last Contact Redial

Call the last contact dialed with just 1 click.


1) On the Call window, you will see "Last Called" contact at the bottom.
2) Simple select the "Redial" link to place a call to the last contact you called.

Voicemail with Message Waiting Indicator
If you're offline or busy, your buddies can leave you a voicemail.

To send a voicemail:
1) Go to Activity > Voicemail > Leave Voicemail for your Contact. Then select a contact you want to send a voicemail to

Or

1) From the Contact List, simply right-click an Offline Contact (e.g. John) & select "Leave Voicemail”
2) Select "Start Recording" option to record your voicemail. You can also enter a subject for the voicemail.
3) Select the "Send" button to send the voicemail.

To check your voicemail:
1) Go to Activity > Voicemail > View Voicemails.
2) You will see a list of voicemails you have received. Simple select the "Play" option to play the voicemail.



7. Call Recording (Q Pro)

You can record both Q-to-Q and Q-to-Phone calls with just one click.

To start recording a Call:
1) Select the record button
2) You can pause recording by selecting the pause button
3) To resume recording, select the resume button
4) Select the stop button to stop recording

To play the recorded calls:
1) Go to Activity > Call > View Recorded Calls.

You can also control the speaker and microphone volume from the call window.



8. DialOut™: Q-to-Phone Calling

DialOut™ allows you to place calls to regular telephones (landlines or mobiles) all over the world for cheap. DialOut™ service lets you save money on calls from your PC to traditional landline & mobile telephones in over 200 countries and at a very low price, without compromising on quality.

Call anyone, anywhere: DialOut™ service offers calls to all standard fixed and mobile numbers in the world at extremely competitive prices. It might not be possible to access some premium service numbers or other special numbers in some countries.

DialOut™ Call History: You can view or export your DialOut™ call history to a .csv file so that you can load it into any spreadsheet software.

Manage your Account: Check your account information: Account balance, Purchase history, Profile and Call history. Go to the "My Account" section of our website. And also buy DialOut™ credit.

Please remember to re-login into Q after buying DialOut™ Credit to see the updated account balance.



9. DialOut™: Dialing Instructions


DialOut™ allows you to place calls to regular phones (landlines or mobiles) all over the world. You need to buy DialOut™ service credit to make a phone call. You can simply type a phone number using QuickDial and hit call button. Or use the dialpad from the Call Window.

When making DialOut™ calls, keep these basic requirements in mind:
When calling US numbers:

"1" + "Number"
Examples: 1 2140001234 --- or --- 001 9720001234
When calling International numbers:

"011" + "Country Code " + "Number"
Examples: 011 91 9818123456 (For calling India) --- or --- 011 86 10 62035479 (For calling China)

WARNING: DialOut™ service does not support calls to any emergency number or emergency service (e.g. 911, E911 etc). For these calls, please use a regular phone or a mobile phone.


10. Quick Dial

Instantly call any phone number

For US numbers:
Simply type, 1 + Number
(Example: 1 2140001234)

For International numbers:
Type, 011 + Country Code + Number
(Example: 011 91 9818123456)


11. Peer-to-Peer Video


With Q's peer-to-peer video, you can now see your contacts, friends and family. Q video brings team together with just a click.
To start a video session with your friends and family:
1) Select Activity > Start a Video Session option.
2) Your contacts window will open. Select a contact that is online.
3) A request will be sent to the selected contact to start the video session.
4) Once your contact accepts the request, both you & your contact will be able to see each other.


12. VideoMail

VideoMail is simple, fast and free video email. It is just like sending an email - only better & easier - just record and send your message. The recipients get the message in the email. Send a thought, share a smile or just give someone a personal boost anytime you want.

To send a videomail:
1) Select Activity > Video > Send Video Mail.
2) Video Mail window will open.
3) You can select Q contacts or enter email addresses in "Other Contacts" field.
4) Fill out the subject and message.
5) Select the "Start Recording" button to start recording the video message. Once
6) When you are done, just hit the "Send Video Mail" button. The recipients will get the video in the email.


13. FastFile Transfer (Send/Receive Files)


Share files with your friends and family instantly. There are several ways to start a Peer-to-Peer file transfer. You can right-click an online Contact and select "Send a File". From the Instant Messaging window, simply select the "Send a File" option.
You can also use the "Send a File" option under the Activity menu option:
1) Select Activity > Send a File > Send File to your Contact...
2) Your contacts window will open. Select a contact that is online (You cannot send a file to an offline contact)
3) A request will be sent to the selected contact.
4) The recipient will have to accept the request in order for file transfer to begin.

Note: You can only send files to your contacts. Please check for any virus using a virus scanner software prior to sending a file to your contact. Also, please do not send illegal files to your contacts.


14. File Sharing (Q Pro)

File Sharing lets you share files & folders with your friends. Create public and private views. Q uses the folder "Q Share", under "My Documents" for File Sharing. In this folder you will see 2 sub-folders - PUBLIC and PRIVATE. All files and folders under PUBLIC sub-folder are visible to all your contacts. Under PRIVATE sub-folder, you will see folders created for each of your contact. Files and folders added to these folders will only be visible to respective contacts.
To manage your File Sharing folder:
1) Go to Activity > Sharing > View my Shared folder
To start File Sharing with a contact:
1) Go to Activity > Sharing > View my Contact's Shared folder
2) Select the contact whose shared folder you'd like to see
3) Double-click the file you'd like to download
4) Files are downloaded to folder "Q Received Files"


15. Application Sharing (Q Pro)

Application Sharing lets you share presentations, applications and documents instantly with your contacts.
To start sharing an application:
1) Go to Activity > Sharing > Share an Application
2) Select the contact you want to share an application with
3) Select the application you'd like to share.
4) Select the Ok button to send a request to your contact.
5) Once your contact accepts the request, you can start sharing the selected application.


16.Virus Scanning for File Transfer


With Virus scanning, files are automatically scanned for viruses before being transferred. After you select the file you wish to send to your buddy, the file is scanned for viruses, on the sender's side.
While the file is being scanned, sender will see the following screen:

If any virus is found, a warning message is displayed to the sender. The file is not sent, protecting the recepient from potentially harmful virus. In this case, sender will see the following screen:

Important Note:Ensure peace of mind for your trusted buddy by scanning the files for viruses before sending it out. Although QMC IPMedia has used commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the anti-virus software will operate as intended, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. QMC IPMedia has no obligation to provide any technical support or error corrections for the software. Also, the virus scanning is performed only at the user end that is sending the file and no check will be performed at the receiving end of the file transfer process. In no event shall QMC IPMedia be liable for consequential, special, incidental or indirect damages of any kind arising out this anti-virus software.


17. Conference Calling (Q Pro)


Make conference calls with up to 10 other Q Users and talk to all of them at the same time.

To start a Conference Call:
1) Select Activity > Call > Conference with your Contacts
2) "My Contacts " window will open showing your Q contacts.
3) Select the online buddies you want to add in the conference call
4) Select the Ok button at the bottom to start the conference.


18. 3-Way Calling (Ad-Hoc Conferencing for Peer-to-Peer Call) (Q Pro)

With Q 3-Way calling (also called Ad-Hoc conferencing), you can add a contact to a Peer-to-Peer call or link 2 calls on ad-hoc basis.
There are two ways to start a 3-Way call:
1) While in a peer-to-peer call with a contact, you will see the add button. Select this button to add an online contact to the call. The call will be automatically converted to a conference.
2) You can also link 2 peer-to-peer calls together by selecting the link button.


19. Call Logs

View a log of all incoming, outgoing and missed calls - at any time. Also see who called, at what time, on what day.

To view your call logs:
1) Go to Activity > Call > Call Logs.
2) You will see a list of incoming, outgoing and missed calls. You can also see the call distribution.



20. Do Not Disturb (DND)

When "Do Not Disturb" (DND) is enabled, you will not receive any incoming calls. Use this feature when you do not want other users to call you.

To enable Do Not Disturb:
1) Go to File > Preferences
2) Under General preferences section, select the checkbox for Do Not Disturb.


21. Custom Ring Tones (Distinctive Ringing)

Custom Ring Tones also called Distinctive Ringing, allows you to associate a custom ring tone (.wav, .mp3, .ogg file) with a call from your Q buddy.


To specify Custom Ring Tones:
1) From the Contact List, right-click a Contact and select ”Associate Ringtone ” option and
2) Select the audio file you'd like to use as a ring tone for that contact. Next time this contact calls you, the selected ring tone will be played.
To delete a Custom Ring Tone for a contact:
Simply right click the contact and select the "Cancel Ringtone" option.


22.Whiteboard (Q Pro)

Q Whiteboard lets you collaborate in real time with others using graphic information. In other words, it allows you to share a common “canvas” with your friend where both parties can draw on it simultaneously.

To start a Whiteboard Session:
1) Go to Activity > Whiteboard > Start a Whiteboard Session

You can also start a Whiteboard Session by right clicking on a contact that is online.
2) An invitation will be sent to your contact

3) Once your contact accepts the invitation, you will be able to share a canvas with your contact.

23. Instant Messaging (IM)


Instant Messaging allows you to send online messages to your Q contacts. To send a message to an online contact, simply right-click the contact and select "Send Online Message" option. Just type in the message in the text box provided and press the "Send" button. Your message will be delivered instantly to your contact in real-time, without any delay.



24.IMConnectivity™

IMConnectivity™ allows you to chat with friends on MSN® Messenger, Yahoo® Messenger, AOL® Instant Messenger and Google® Talk.

You can click on the following buttons to sign into each service:
1. MSN® Messenger
2. Yahoo® Messenger
3. AOL® Instant Messenger
4. Google® Talk

Just your service credentials to sign into each service. Just like you'd do when using respective messenger softwares.

After you have successfully signed in, you will see your contacts and you can start chatting with them.

Just select an online contact to start the IM session. You may also send offline messages to your contacts (if supported by the protocol).

You can also exchange text messages with multiple users by initiating a Group Conference.

Select the "Remember ID/Password" checkbox on the Sign In page, if you'd like to be signed in automatically. Your ID and password is stored on your computer. So please be careful when selecting this option.


25. Multi-Party IM (Q Pro)

Exchange text messages with multiple users at the same time in one IM window.

To start multi-party IM:
Select Activity >Instant Messaging > Start Group Conversation
Select your buddies (up to 16 at one time) that are online to start multi-party instant messaging.


26. IM History

Q is the first application that allows users to Search Instant Messaging (IM) history.

Users can enable or disable IM history with just one click.
1) To enable IM history, Go to File > Preferences
2) Under General preferences section, select the checkbox in front of "Automatically save IM conversations"

You can also enable or disable IM history from IM window as well.

Note: Remember to enable IM history after you sign into Q. By default it is disabled.

To Search IM history:
1) Go to Activity > Instant Messaging > Search your Messages
2) Specify the keyword you want to search in IM history
3) Select the contacts and sort order
4) You can also specify the message you sent or received
5) Select the "Search Now" button to see your IM history search results



27. E-Mail IM Information (Q Pro)

Q Pro allows users to E-Mail their IM information with their buddies.

To E-Mail your IM information while you are in conversation with you buddy:
1) Select the "EMail" option on top of the conversation window
2) Select the buddies you want to send this information.
3) Enter the subject and select the "Send Email " button to send the E-mail.


28. Print IM Information

Q allows you to Print your IM information from IM window. You can also print IM history.

To Print your IM information while you are in conversation with you buddy:
1) Select the "Print" option on top of the conversation window
2) Select the Printer from the Print window.
3) Select the Ok button to print IM.

29. Calendar (Q Pro)

Calendar lets you stay on top of appointments and events. Never miss a birthday or an important event. Also get real-time reminders!
To open Calendar:
1) Go to Activity > Calendar
2) The Calendar window will open showing current day
3) You can add an appointment, meeting or any other event by selecting the "Add Event" option.


30. Search on the Internet from IM

Q now allows users to directly search on the web from within the IM window.
To use this feature:
1) Just highlight the text to search in the window you receive instant messages,
2) Right mouse click on the selected text and
3) Select the search engine you want Q to send your search query to
OR
Highlight the text, then select the "Search Internet" button and select the search engine

Note: Your default web browser will be opened to show the search results


31. Offline Messages

Communicate with your buddies even when they are offline.

Send Offline Messages:
1) Select Activity > Instant Messaging > Send Offline Message or Right Mouse Click on an offline buddy
2) Enter your message
3) Click Send button to send your message.

To View Offline Messages:
Select Activity > Instant Messaging > View Offline Messages


32. Q to Mobile Messaging (Send SMS)

Send SMS / Text Message to your buddies from Q. Before your buddy can send you a text message, please make sure you specify your SMS Settings.

To Save SMS Settings:
1) Select File > Preferences > SMS settings
2) Enter the SMS Information requested on the form
3) Click the Ok button at the bottom to save this information.

To Send SMS to a buddy:
1) Select Activity > Communicate > Send SMS or Right Mouse Click on the buddy you want to send SMS to
2) Enter your Text Message and select the Ok button.


33. Spell Check for IM

Q also provides spell check capability for Instant Messaging.

To use spell check:
1) Select Spell Check button from the conversation window
2) Q spell check dialog will be shown showing the spelling suggestions


34. Internet Television (IPTV)

Q allows users to watch TV online for free. Q IPTV is completely free and does not require any special software, hardware or subscription fees.

To start Internet Television:
Go to Activity > IPTV

You can also start IPTV by selecting the IPTV button on the main window .


35. Desktop Sharing (Q Pro)

Desktop Sharing allows you to view and control your contact's computer.

To start Desktop Sharing:
1) Go to Activity > Desktop Share > View my Contact's Desktop
OR


You can also start Desktop Share by right clicking on the contact whose computer you want to view.
2) An invitation will be sent to your contact


3) Once your contact accepts the invitation, you will be able to view your contact's computer.


36. Voice Commands

Voice Commands allow you to use your voice to access key features like, change presence, make phone calls, check voicemail & offline messages. Now you can just say what you want to happen.

For Voice Commands to work, you will need to download and install Microsoft Speech Software development Kit 5.1 (SAPI). Click here to start downloading

To start using Voice Commands:
First you will need to train the Speech Recognition Engine. You will see the "Train Voice" button till you complete the training.

You can start the Speech Recognition Engine Training by either selecting the "Train Voice" button or by selecting File > Voice training Wizard

Please try to train the voice activation in all the environments (eg: silence, background noise, at home & at office).

Note: Using of a good quality microphone increases the recognition accuracy.

Once the training is complete, you will see a "Voice ON" button. In this mode, you can start speaking the commands like "Show Voicemail" or "Call 19720001111 Go" and Q Media Center will execute those commands for you. Please remember to say the number to be dialed very clearly and very slowly.

Please make sure that you turn off you microphone or disable the voice commands when you are not planning to use this feature. You can turn off Voice Commands by selecting the "Voice ON" button. You will now see a "Voice OFF" button indicating that voice commands are turned off. Select the "Voice OFF" button to activate voice commands again.

Note: Voice Commands gives better performance in a quiet environment and with a good quality microphone.

37. Q Presence

Your Presence status allows your contacts to know if you are online, offline, away, busy or Unreachable. You can change your Presence status by clicking on the Presence icon just below your display name.

Presence status can be any of the following:
Online – this is the default status when you log into Q.
Away – this status allow your contacts to know that you are away from your computer. Busy – use this status to inform your contacts that you are busy.
Hidden – your contacts will see you as offline.
Unreachable – if your contacts are unreachable then their presence status will become unreachable.
Offline – this means the user is currently logged out of Q, or has chosen to appear hidden


38. Q E-Mail

Collaborate with your buddies by sending them E-Mail from Q.

To Send E-Mail :
1) Select Activity > Communicate > Send EMail or Right Mouse Click on a buddy and select Send Email
2) Select your buddies
3) Enter the subject and e-mail message
4) Click "Send Email" button to send your E-Mail.


39. Speak-Out-Loud TM Technology

Hear your IM speak!!! Enable the Speak-Out-LoudTM technology while you are in conversation with your buddy. Your IM will be automatically converted to speech and played back. You will not miss a single IM again!!!

To turn on Speak-Out-LoudTM technology:
1) Select the "Enable Speak-Out-Loud" option from the conversation window
2) This will enable the Speak-Out-LoudTM technology and the text will change to "Disable Speak-Out-Loud"
3) All incoming text messages (IM) will be automatically converted to speech and played back.

Speak-Out-Loud TM Greetings
You will hear a voice-prompt when one of your buddies come online.

To enable this feature:
1) Go to File > Preferences > General
2) Select "Speak-Out-Loud" radio button
3) Select Ok button at the bottom of the window to save your preferences.


40. RSS Reader

Read all the latest news, information and articles from thousands of websites in one simple-to-read article list delivered directly to you. Stay on top of your favorite interests. To use this feature:

1) Go to Activity > Personalize > RSS Reader
2) Select "Add a new RSS Feed" link
3) Enter the URL of the RSS Feed and select the Ok button.



41. Audio / Video Setup

Running the Audio / Video Setup will ensure that you have a high-quality voice and video experience within Q. You should run the Audio / Video Setup before signing into Q, to make sure your speakers, microphone and webcam are working properly.


42. Internet Radio

Listen to your favorite music online. Listen free 24/7 to over 100 internet radio stations, from Alternative to Country, Classical to Trance, and lots more.

To use this feature:
1) Go to Activity > Personalize > Internet Radio
2) Find the radio station you want to listen to and
3) Just select the Play Radio button



43. Address Book

Organize your contact's information using Q's address book with ability to view maps, website and export contacts to file.

To view your address book:
1) Go to Activity > Personalize > Address Book


44. Q expression icons and Dumdedooms

Q expression icons (also called emoticons) are a great way to express your feelings during a text conversation (IM). Learn more...

Express yourself through sounds (Q dumdeedums) during a text conversation. Learn more...


45. Q Skins

Personalize your experience with Q by adding color and pizzazz with skins. Skins allow you to change the look and feel of Q.

To change the skin:

1) Go to File > Change Skin

2) Select from 6 choices: Classic Blue, Kromo (Yellow), Kromo (Blue), Devior, Green and Blue Steel
3) Try the different skins and enjoy the cool colors and shades!


46. Q Media Player

Listen to your favorite music using Q media player. Add your music files to a playlist and start enjoying this great feature.

To create a Playlist:
1) Select Activity > Personalize > Media Player
2) Select "Add more files" to add audio files
3) Select the song to start playing the song


47. Manage Stocks

Add Stocks to your Portfolio and keep an eye on them using Q stock quotes ticker.

To create your Stocks Portfolio:
1) Select Activity > Personalize > Stocks
2) Select "Create a new Portfolio" and enter the name of the Portfolio
3) Enter the Stocks you'd like to monitor (comma separated)

4) Select the Ok button to Save the Portfolio.


48. Weather

Stay informed about the current weather conditions around your selected location.

To select your location:
1) Go to File > Preferences > Weather
2) Select the alphabet for your country
3) Select your Country and City nearest to your location
4) Select the Ok button to save your weather information.

Note: Weather information is updated every one hour.

To see the forecast for your location:
1) Go to Activity > Personalize > Weather Forecast
2) Type in the zip code for your city
3) Select the Ok button to see weather forecast.


49. Connection to other SIP network

Q allows users to connect to other SIP network, e.g. FWD (Free World Dialup)

1) Go to File > Preferences > SIP
2) Select the SIP Provider
3) Enter your user name and password for the SIP Provider selected
4) Select the Ok button to add the SIP Provider.

Now you can communicate with your friends on other SIP Networks!


50. Changing your Profile

1) Go to File > Preferences > Profile
2) You can update your first, last name, display name, gender and display picture
4) After making your change, simply select the "Ok" button. Your profile will be instantly updated.


51. Preferences

General Preferences
1) Double-click settings: You can set either IM or call as your default double click preference
2) Select the "Alert me when my contacts come online" checkbox if you want Q to play a sound to notify you when your contacts come online.

Once you select the checkbox, you will have 3 options:
a) Play the default sound
b) If you have Speak-out-Loud turned on, your contact's display name will be converted to speech and played.
3) If you want to hear an audible sound when your contacts send you a text message, please select the "Play a sound when my contacts send me a message" checkbox.

Network Preferences
* If you are using a dial-up connection and want to enjoy great audio quality, please select "Dial Up ( < 64kbps )"
* Broadband users should select from the other 3 options:

1) DSL and Cable users can choose either 2nd option (DSL/Cable/ISDN) or 3rd option (DSL/Cable) depending upon their network capacity.
2) Fast Broadband and Enterprise users using Q Media Center at workplaces can select the 4th option (E1/T1/LAN) to experience superior call quality.

52. Custom Picture

You can set Custom Picture in Q.
To set custom picture:
1) Go to Activity > Personalize > Set Custom Picture
2) Click on "Browse" to select your custom picture
3) Click on "Save" to save your custom picture
4) To Delete your custom picture Click on "Delete"



53. Auto Login

You can now automatically log into Q. To set auto login:
Select "Remember ID/Password" on Q's login screen


54. Video Profile

Add some fun to your profile with a Video Profile. Video Profile allows you to record a personal video message that your contacts will see by clicking on the webcam icon (red circle).
To create your Video Profile:
1) Select Activity > Video > Create My Video Profile.
2) Video Profile window will open.
3) Select the "Start Recording" button to start recording the video profile.
6) When you are done, just hit the "Save Video Profile " button. All your contacts will be able to see your video profile now.


55. Uninstalling Q Media Center

To uninstall Q, open your control panel (Start->Control Panel, or Start->Settings->Control Panel) and choose “Add/Remove Programs”. Select Q from the list and click on “Remove”. Choose the appropriate option to remove Q from your computer.
